  • Tomography: Lectures

Dear all, as promised, please find attached a first version of a "class book" for the first part of the Medical Imaging lecture.

There are a lots of lacks. There are probably a lot mistakes [this is a first preliminary version] => do not hesitate to contact me and ask me if this is not clear.

I can even find a room at UFR IMMAG and discuss with you this notes I hope that it can help you. The section 2.3.2 is not finished (the Differentiated Backprojection with Hilbert filtering" has not been presented in the lecture but some of the papers I gave to the "R"-students are dedicated to this approach.

    Best regards,

    Laurent.

PS: I did not give you some part (as "Dynamic Tomography") because they are outside the scope of the lecture

    2. A .zip/.z/.tar.gz file containing your src directory (and only src, not build or data !)

The questions labelled Project Only are note mandatory for the Lab/Computer Exercise.

  • Image Visualization: Project

The goal of the project is to applay scientific visualization techniques to medical images, and to go further with the code provided for the lab/computer exercise.

Please refer to the lab/computer exercise subject and questions labelled Project only.

The evaluation of the project will be done on Tuesday December 4th 13:30-16:30 during oral presentations.
